My name is Dawn Dowsett and I am a dog-lover living in Norfolk, UK with my Golden Retriever, Hazel and our recent addition, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy called Daisy.

I originally started this site for Norfolk dog-lovers, but as I started to get comments and stories from around the world, I decided to make it for dog-lovers everywhere. So wherever you are, a warm welcome! It is good to connect with you and share our great love for dogs.

If you wish to send a picture of your dog, please email it to me at woof@ADogIsForLove.com  along with the dog's name and I will post it in the picture gallery.
